March of 2012 marks the beginning of the success story when B.L.I.S.S Ltd introduced its presence in the market as a supplier of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

We opened the first ever full-fledged PPE store in a shopping/entertainment mall in Trinidad and possibly the Caribbean.

Our factory was fashioned to cater for the needs of individual and corporate clients that require custom fits, PPE features and branding patches. Two brands were born City Wear and Ultrafit that provided industry standard flame resistant FR and non FR protective clothing.

After 7 years, a facility was needed for training, conference meetings, expansion of warehousing and a Concept Store Showroom that was in line with the high performance products we offer.

We became a member of the Green Business Bureau to better learn, practice and share our commitment to sustainable business practices
in our venture to implement and certify green initiaves within our organization.

February 2021 B.L.I.S.S. Ltd completed its STOWFebruary 2021 B.L.I.S.S. Ltd completed its STOW Certification. We ensured each of our locations are safe to work and shop, also implementing protocols to benefit QHSE requirements.

After undergoing the process for a 2 year certification for all locations. B.L.I.S.S. Ltd remains committed to the industries it serves.

To ensure our supply meet our customers demand, we acquired a 90,000 sq ft facility in Barrackpore to supply our locations and customers. The space is also equipped with a showroom and meeting room.

In December 2022, we continued our drive to be more accessible for our North East West customers and opened our fifth location at Grand Bazaar, Valsayn.

Our website or Digital Headquarters have been launched. On January 23rd, 2023 our official digital presence gives our customers suppliers and those with interest in our services a more direct insight into what makes the B.L.I.S.S. Ltd brand so unique within the Caribbean.

We seek to further understand our customers needs and also to give them the chance to experience how we can serve them. Our attendance and the Energy Chamber hosted trade show allowed us to do just that with
product displays and our PPE consultants available to booth visitors.

On Friday, March 31st, 2023 we opened our sixth location at East Gates Mall Trincity. It is geared to serve all east based industries PPE needs.

Our primary industry, the energy and industrial sector is always evolving, seeking sustainable avenues to implement clean energy within the Caribbean. BLISS Ltd. have undertaken a massive Go Green initiative
since 2021 and were present at this Energy Chamber hosted event to learn and contribute to the From Ideas to Action initiative. Our products were showcased along with information as to how we as a safety/PPE provider partake in the sustainable energy drive.

We showcased our products and consulted visitors on PPE options and usage. Our sixth location at East Gates Mall, Trincity was also promoted.

The Ben Lomond branch where BLISS Ltd started, is now the home of our new trademark and division exclusively for the manufacturing and exclusive sales of our own brands Ultrafit and Citywear FR along with other PPE Garment brands we carry, including ARIAT Work, PortWest and Lakeland. Our safety workwear location offers unique services including custom garment construction, fittings, state of the art embroidery(patch or garment integrated) and high quality heat transfer prints. The factory space is expanded to facilitate larger bulk orders along with complementary services.

As we expand our services to our customers our staff requirement will increase. Job applications can be a task to gather documents, deliver to locations et cetera. We have made this process easier by having a
comprehensive, full featured application service online that allows the capture of all necessary data including document scan uploads, signature and questionaires.

The Caribbean’s first all inclusive safety foot wear store is now located adacent to BLISS Safety Store at South Park Mall, San Fernando,
Trinidad. We offer safety boots for all industries that ahere to international
standards while maintaining stylish designs for male and females, et al. Brands include ARIAT, Florsheim, Puma, Lacrosse and Reebok.

HSSE is important to most if not all business, especially in the industrial sector. Our presence at this event speak to our overall commitment to safety, regulations and adherence of same. As a STOW certified entity we stand to share and learn with other attendees and visitors to our booth.
We also won the best booth design award at this event.

The Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Commerce represents the foremost business group for local companies, offering support, B2B opportunities and other facilities.
This category of award was introduced to celebrate the contribution of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) to the Trinidad and Tobago economy. Nominees were assessed on a range of areas including
having maintained consistent growth and strong financial performance, understanding its customer, responsible business practices, having an engaged workforce with effective leadership and demonstrating effective use of technology/digital media for engagement.

Our new trade space The Boot Store was heavily featured in this event, via the booth design, showcasing most of our PPE products but with primary focus on our safety footwear selections. The theme being “Walk in safety,
get the job done.”

It was always our intent to serve Trinidad and the Caribbean region with premium PPE supplies and services. We took the oppurtunity to be part of the Guyana Energy Conference 2024, taking our team and products to
showcase what the BLISS Ltd brand is about and highlight how we can add value to the industrial market there.

We always seek the best products for our customers, products that uphold safety standards, build quality and visual aesthetics.
Puma and Goodyear Safety footwear were explored and analyzed, to say the least we were impressed. They both have their unique benefits and styles that widen the range of our current footwear offerings, giving our customers more PPE options.

BLISS Safety Store joined twenty other guests and ten Radians representatives at Radians Corporate Headquarters! Our team immersed
themselves in intensive product training sessions, insightful facility tours, captivating live demonstrations, and witnessed groundbreaking new product launches.

This year, our team was present at different company locations to educate our products’ end users as to how PPE and HSE can work together.
We also were able to showcase our continued sustainability efforts within the company and within society.

We were happy to host US Army Veteran, Fernando Silva, Regional Sales Manager of Radians Safety. With over 25 years in the PPE industry, we were privileged to have received him sharing his knowledge and training of
Radians leading edge products and bringing new technology to the PPE Market.

Our team was present at the 2024 NSC Expo in Orlando. We got to reconnect with our valued suppliers and partners, while exploring the latest industry advancements, benefitting our operations and our customers.

In our drive for operational resilience, we implemented our first annual staff retreat.
Our staff is our greatest asset, and our most valued investment. This retreat gives staff a chance to relax, communicate and mediate and part of our ongoing operational initiatives.

BLISS proudly became a certified and authorized partner of DuPont, marking a significant milestone in our commitment to innovation and excellence. This partnership enables us to leverage DuPont's cutting-edge technologies and resources, enhancing our ability to deliver superior workwear solutions to our clients.

Our continued commitment to excellence within our own corporate governance lead us to network with an institute that has so far added value to our operations and corporate awareness. We are now members of the
Caribbean Corporate Governance Institute.

Our team took part in exclusive PIP PPE training of their products and were introduced to new technologies. This allows us to better guide our customers as to what more aptly protects them in their field of work.

We renewed our STOW certification for 2 years for all locations. Our maintenance to keep up to the standards required by the industries we
serve, remains steadfast.

BLISS Ltd was the sole finalist in the Operational Resilience category which
considered the state of preparation to respond to a disruption and the state of enhanced resilience through business continuity management processes as defined by ISO 22301:2019.

Our team, their enthusiasm and products were present for the 2024 AMCHAM Conference sharing information on PPE, our HSSE practices and some gamification fun.
We officially launched our Puma Safety line of footwear at this event and had the support of PIP/Puma Sales Manager, Mr Jose Montalvan
present at this event.
Our presence garnered much attention and furthered the awareness of quality PPE gear.
The best booth design award was again captured by us at this event, two years in a row.

For this Energy Conference 2025, we partnered with our footwear flagship supplier Ariat International. In attendance were two of their representatives, Heath Hunter, VP of Industrial Sales, and Hunter Fuqua, Industrial
Business Development Manager. Our booth had a dedicated ARIAT section featuring their latest safety footwear and FR workwear.
Interest were peaked for our ARIAT and other PPE products, generating questions and much needed answers to usage, options and technologies available for personal safety in the energy and industrial sectors.

On March 16th, 2025, after 13 years of proudly serving the industrial, office, and household sectors with top-quality PPE, we celebrated this milestone the best way we know how—in true Trini style!

We were honoured to share this evening with our incredible staff, clients, and PPE supplier representatives, kicking off the celebration with a meaningful interfaith prayer, followed by an unforgettable lineup of live performances by RG The Band, the smooth sounds of Dexter Jagroop on saxophone, and a surprise performance by Adesh Samaroo.

Guests enjoyed delicious Trini cuisine, engaging indoor games, and high-energy beats from South Vibes Rhythm Section and the dynamic South United Tassa Drummers.

It was a night filled with laughter, deep connection, and unforgettable moments—a true celebration of gratitude and growth. And to give back to our customers, we marked the occasion with a 13% storewide discount throughout the week.
