Ms Roopchan is responsible for the synergistic coordination of our branches, logistic handling and corporate sales. Since 2016 she has evolved to be the hub that maintains cohesion amongst our management team and public relations, ensuring that all units provide the best products and service to our customers. Ms. Roopchan holds BASc in Civil Engineering, with specialization in Environmental Engineering from the University of Trinidad & Tobago.

Kimberly Juppy

Operations Manager

Ms. Juppy reports directly to the Managing Director and provides support to all B.L.I.S.S Ltd. executives. She oversees the entirety of the organization’s operations including warehousing, dispatching, accounting, vehicle fleet management and branch staff rotation. With her numerous years of experience, Ms. Juppy provides keen mentorship and  support to both internal and external aspects of the organization.

Michelle Pottie – Salandy

Factory Manager / Marketing Executive

Mrs. Salandy is responsible for the operations of our Garment Manufacturing facility, corporate sales and marketing coordination with over twenty (20) years of experience in the industry.
A valued asset to our organization since 2018,  she is also core member of our management team. Mrs. Salandy has utilized her extensive knowledge and experience to take the B.L.I.S.S vision forward and spearheaded major projects which include manufacturing of industrial grade apparels along with servicing major industries efficiently meeting their needs and demands.

Alicia Fortune-Simon

Production Manager

Mrs. Fortune-Simon has over 20 years’ experience in the Industrial Garment Manufacturing Sector. Her wealth of experience allows her a comprehensive knowledge of production management, quality standards and health & safety regulations. She has the overall responsibility of timely, precise, tailored to fit manufacturing of our Industrial Garments. Mrs. Fortune-Simon is a dependable and dedicated team member and an esteemed asset to our organization.

Clarianne Boodram

QHSE Coordinator / Marketing Executive

Ms. Boodram holds a BSc in Occupational Health and Safety, together with various other qualifications in the QHSE(Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) field. She is responsible for managing the entire QHSE Management System and has successfully accomplished our STOW-TT 2-year Re-certification at high risk level. Ms. Boodram actively guide and promotes a safety culture within the company and by extension our contractors. She is also holds a dual portfolio as a marketing executive. Her experience in QHSE gives her the multifaceted authority to transform her experience to product sales.

Mrs. Gobin is the longest serving employee of the organization thus setting a foundation for growth and development throughout her eleven years. Mrs Khan, has evidenced herself as a people person, efficiently handling in store and social media sales and queries. She is a positive, strong-minded individual who sets the bar very high, empowered to accomplishing set goals.

Liana Maharaj

Administrative and CSR Support

Mrs. Maharaj holds a BASc in Psychology and creatively use that knowledge in her role as administrative and CSR support. She has been an integral part of our organization since 2016, providing support to warehousing and inventory management, purchasing, accounting, facilities, and CSR/branch matters. She has a passion for reading, learning and development and serves as a mentor for our junior members of staff.

Ms. Glasgow is a Human resource specialist and serves as a Director with BLISS. She has over 15 years knowledge and experience in the field and is responsible for recruitment, retention, training, and staff management. Ms. Glasgow mentors and coaches all members of staff in personal growth and development both professional and personal. She embodies grace and her charismatic personality enables her to be an essential pillar of the organization, she is the glue that bonds us together.

The finance team fulfils a range of roles including accounting, recordkeeping, administrative work, and cash flow to ensure the success of the company. They ensure that data is accurate, risks are managed well, and reports are delivered on time. Our finance department ensures ethical and practical budgeting are facilitated aling with investment and spending for all other parts of the organization.

Warehousing and Inventory Team

This team is responsible for critical aspects of our company as they oversee the inventory management at our 90,000 feet warehousing facility to ensure we fulfil clients needs and demands. Our client’s downtime in the industry can create unnecessary costs, therefore we strive to maintain adequate stock levels for all our stock keeping unit and logistics handling.

Delivery Team

Our Delivery Team ensure products are competently delivered to our clients in a timely and safe manner when required. All delivery vehicles are maintained for adequate functionality  to carry out deliveries efficiently.

Industrial Workwear Manufacturing Team / Garment Factory

Established in 2018, our garment factory meets the demands of our client’s industrial workwear needs with in-house brands, Ultrafit (poly cotton) and Citywear (Flame Resistant) apparel. Having our own operations allows us to offer better quality control, timely delivery and the capability to manufacture custom fit apparel. Our hardworking, qualified and capable team have a wealth of experience in the garment manufacturing sector.  We are registered with TTBS to adhere to and ensure all quality standards are met.

Procurement Team

Our procurement team specializes in sourcing products and services from both local and foreign suppliers. We are registered partners in purchase groups from North America and maintain a strong relationship with our manufacturers and suppliers. Products are imported from the USA, Canada, UK, China, Vietnam, India, Argentina, and Uruguay. This has enabled us a unique advantage in our supply chain and logistics by having such a large network. Our Team is very experienced having procured consumables for many major projects within Trinidad and Tobago.
